What we collect

Guest bookings and flight inquiries collect your name, email, phone, travel dates, traveler count and optional notes. No card details or passport copies are collected by these forms.

How details are used

Authorized staff use your details to review, arrange and manage your trip or flight inquiry. Essential session cookies support secure forms and admin login. This project does not include advertising analytics.

Private booking links

Booking receipt links are signed and expire after seven days. Anyone with your complete link can see its booking summary, so keep it private.

Access and retention

Contact the configured business contact to request access, correction or deletion, subject to necessary booking and accounting records. Before launch, the operator must set an appropriate retention policy, backup policy and contact address.
