Booking terms

Draft operating terms. The business must review cancellation, refund and supplier policies before accepting real bookings.

Reservations

A scheduled departure creates a temporary hold, subject to availability. Request bookings require review and do not reserve capacity. Only a booking marked confirmed after verified advance payment is confirmed.

Prices and advances

All amounts are in NPR. Each package defines a percentage or fixed per-person advance. The remaining balance, payment deadline and final inclusions must be agreed with the team before travel. Preview prices and departures are illustrative.

Payments

Online gateways are not enabled. Obtain verified payment instructions from the business. A guest submission never records a successful payment. Payment records are entered by authorized staff after verification.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Contact the team before making changes. Any supplier charges, cancellation schedule and refund terms must be quoted and accepted before payment. Cancelling a booking does not automatically initiate a refund.

Travel conditions

Routes may change due to weather, road conditions or local restrictions. Permits, eligibility, fitness, insurance and acclimatization must be reviewed for your itinerary. Flight inquiries do not guarantee fares or seats.
